Sheet Pan Chicken and Sweet Potato Meal Prep with Roasted Broccoli

Separating the chicken, broccoli, and sweet potatoes across sheet pans lets hot air reach their surfaces instead of trapping moisture, so they roast rather than steam in the oven. This sheet pan chicken and sweet potato meal prep delivers tender seasoned chicken, browned sweet potatoes, and broccoli for make-ahead lunches or dinners. Each component cooks on its own schedule.
